Rositsa wanted to write stories about famous Bulgarians. There are a lot of famous Lutherans. Do a computer search and look for people that are famous and Lutheran. Limit it to those born the past 150 years. Famous, for the purposes of this activity, would include doing something that made the news. These individuals may be scientists, politicians, musicians, athletes, actors and actresses, etc. Here’s a list of famous Lutherans in movies and television plus one athlete: Famous Lutherans | List of Lutheran Celebrities (ranker.com) Write a 250-word biography of that person.

Painting eggs is a popular art form and religious craft in Ukraine and Bulgaria. Do a computer search on Ukrainian egg painting or pysanky to find some designs (see below for an example). Use these or create an original egg design. Using cardboard or other craft material in the shape of an egg, first draw a design on the egg in pencil, then paint the egg. The art of egg painting is a bit more complex, but if anyone is interested in giving it a try, do a computer search about pysanky or Ukrainian egg painting. Bulgarians do paint eggs but wooden eggs are more commonly made in Bulgaria. Sometimes pieces of cloth are embroidered and used to cover eggs.
