A Stairway Puzzle

In the story about Davyd, several stairways are mentioned. There are a few references to stairs in the Bible as well. Using the clues below, complete the stairway puzzle. Unlike crossword puzzles, the answers form three stairs. Also, there is a #1 across and down, a #2 across and down and #3 down and across. Each set of answers starts with the same letter.
Clues:
1 Across: Who was sitting on the stairs when Davyd carried boxes out of the church?
1 Down: Who won the race on the church stairs at the beginning of the story?
2 Across: What building contained the stairway noted in I Kings 6:7 and 8?
2 Down: How many flights of stairs did Davyd and his family have to climb to get to their apartment?
3 Across: In Isaiah 38:1-8, a miracle was displayed on the stairway of Ahaz for this king.
3 Down: Where did the stairway in Genesis 28:10-12 lead?
